- GHP Charter (Good Harvesting Practices) signed by every harvester
- Strict selection of suppliers who practice a resource preservation policy
- Development of sustainable energies
- Zero waste policy on its production site
- Systematic waste selection
- Social solidarity for the integration of handicaped workers
- Active participation in local community life
